This Emperor was the First Emperor of China who unified the whole country. He was named, The Emperor Ching Shufan, which means the first emperor in Chinese history. He became the emperor at 27 years old and right after this he began to build his own tomb. It took him 37 years. Seven hundred thousand people including prisoners of war and also craft men from the whole nation to make the terracotta soldier. The soldier is used to protect his after life. Every soldier is very tall and strong. For example, the average height of the soldier is 1.78 metres.
